Registration & Morning Coffee
Arrive to Holloway Commons at the University of New Hampshire. Holloway Commons, 75 Main St, Durham, NH 03824
Welcome & Opening Remarks
Meadow and the host institution set the tone: peer learning, practical outcomes, honest conversation.
Same Student, Different Systems
Rethinking the Financial Aid & Student Accounts Relationship
Every student navigates both offices — but from the inside, they often run like parallel universes. We'll map where handoffs break down, where students fall through the cracks, and start building a shared language for what better looks like.
Coffee Break
Interactive Sessions by Track
Self-select into the session most relevant to your role and challenges. Two to four tracks depending on the group.
Structured Networking Lunch
An informal but intentional hour. Table prompts to spark conversation — this is usually where the best ideas surface.
AI in the Student Financial Experience
Your students are already interacting with AI whether your office deployed it or not. Real examples from peer institutions, honest lessons, and a practical framework for moving forward without getting ahead of your students — or your values.
A Better Student Financial Experience
An insightful discussion on what it means to be student-first and meet students where they are from application to graduation. Panelists will discuss shifts they’ve made and outcomes they've seen in enrollment, financial aid, and student accounts.
Closing Exercise & Remarks
Tables share 1–2 things they're taking home. Meadow closes the session.

A few things people ask
Questions? Just ask. We're happy to talk through whether this forum is the right fit for you or your team. Get in touch
No. This is a professional learning and networking event, not a product pitch. Meadow facilitates and sponsors the day. There will be opportunities to learn more about how Meadow supports the student financial experience, but it's not the focus of the workshop.
There is no cost to attend. Meadow covers the event in full - venue, meals, and materials. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Holloway Commons at the University of New Hampshire and any other incurred costs.
Not at all. The forum is open to Student Accounts and Financial Aid leaders from institutions across New England and the Northeast. If you're unsure whether it's the right fit, reach out — we're happy to talk it through.
We are planning on closing registration by May 15, but please note that due to capacity constraints, we may close it earlier.
Yes! We know taking time away from the desk can be tricky but worth it for this exceptional opportunity to learn and connect with peers. Access the letter here. If there's anything else we can help you with, reach out to hello@meadowfi.com
