Student List, now rebuilt for better payment insights and easier workflows

Knowing that millions of dollars are still outstanding this term is only the starting point. The harder questions are: Which students are behind? What’s driving those outstanding balances? And where should your team focus first?

Until now, answering those questions meant pulling lists, cross-referencing balances, and piecing together the picture manually.

The new Student List makes that work easier. It gives your team a current view of payment progress, lets you quickly identify the students who need attention, and helps your team not only collect more, faster but also support current students in getting back on track to continue their studies.

Start with the big picture

The new Student List provides your team with a clearer picture of how payment collection is progressing and where work remains.

At the top of the new Student List page, you can now see clearly what has been collected to date and what remains outstanding. Your view is automatically set to the active term. This allows you to work current balances first.

Find out what’s driving outstanding balances

A total balance tells you how much is outstanding. It is necessary, but not sufficient. Your team also needs to know why.

Student List lets your team slice and dice the entire student population to find that answer. Instead of exporting spreadsheets and cross-referencing manually, you can filter and segment directly on the page to see which students, or groups of students, are behind and what's driving that behavior.

With these additional insights, your team can identify students who may need attention and take action sooner, helping more students settle their balances and continue their education.

Transform repetitive work into a simple and easy workflow

Not every student on the list needs the same level of attention, and the workflows your team runs to manage students shouldn't have to be rebuilt from scratch each time. Student List lets you create a focused view for any recurring task, using whatever filters match how your team works.

For example: if you want to focus on students with an overdue balance of 60 days or more, you can filter the list and come back to it any time you want to put into place a campaign to reach out to those students.

Once you've built a view you use regularly, save and pin it. That view then appears every time you log in, turning a workflow you once had to rebuild every time from scratch into a one-click starting point.

From outstanding balances to where to focus

Outstanding balances are inevitable. Spending time piecing together where to focus doesn’t have to be.

The new Student List gives student accounts teams a single, current view of outstanding payments, and the tools to move from that big-picture view to the individual students who need attention, without downloading data, creating spreadsheets, and staring at a stack of Post-it notes.
